Booking conditions of the Galdana Gardens Menorca apartments

The processing of a reservation through this website implies the explicit acceptation by the customer of all and each of the main conditions considered an integral part of the reservation, and are completed with the specific applicable legislation.

Reservation

As a confirmation for your reservation we request an advanced payment of a 30% of the total amount of the reservation. This amount can be refunded if the cancelation conditions are correct.

The rest of the payment will be completed at the beginning of the provision of the service. Otherwise, the reservation will show as canceled, according to the detailed conditions described in the cancellation section.

The transaction will be always made in euros.

Customer's responsibilities

The customer is fully and exclusively responsible of the accuracy of all the data that he specifies on the reservation. In case of incorrection, it may lead to a cancellation of the reservation.

Cancellations and modifications

The customer can desist or modify the requested or hired services at any time, and has the right to the devolution of the paid amount from the foreseen deposit. Either way, the touristic establishment will have to be indemnified for the concepts that are described below:

  • More than 1 month before the arrival date : devolution of the deposit.
  • Between 1 month and 7 days before the arrival: devolution of the 50% of the deposit.
  • Between 7 days and NO-SHOW : the deposit will not be returned.
  • Exit in advance: 50% of the remaining days until the exit.
  • The hotel will return the deposit by transfer and will collect 5€ in concept of paperwork expenses.
  • The modification of the date of an already confirmed reservation will be subject to the availability of the vacancies. Any change or cancellation will have to be done by writing it down to our email: reservas@galdanagardens.com
